Growzillas is a full-stack digital marketing agency with a focus on data-driven Paid Advertising. We aim to bring radical innovation in the Marketing Industry by imposing a data-driven approach combined with the latest technology trends with the mission to encourage our clients to switch from traditional to digital marketing.
Founded in January 2020 by a team of 4, we have managed to generate an average yearly growth rate of 200% making us the biggest-spending digital agency in Kosovo. Today we employ more than 30 talented individuals with an average age of 23, of which 85% are women. For the past two years, our company has served more than 100 local and international clients, such as KFC, ProCredit Bank, KIA, Wurth, Cineplexx Cinema, Ariana Nila Jewelry, Manifesta, DokuFest and more.
Growzillas’ team has been engaged in trainings since 2018, and most of the experts in our team are previous participants of our trainings. So far, we have certified more than 700 participants with an employment rate of +80%.
With the goal to share digital marketing latest trends, updates, and technologies with the whole marketing and business community in Kosovo, we created Growth Tank in June 2021. Growth Tank is a Digital Marketing conference, which is organized every year on June 30th - International Social Media Day. In the 2022 edition, Growth Tank hosted the world's most prominent experts in digital marketing as speakers and exhibitors, and attracted around 700 professionals and youngsters.
