A few weeks ago, we launched something exciting —
a Social Media Bootcamp powered by Growzillas and Growzillas Academy.

The idea was simple:
Let’s bring together young, creative minds who are passionate about social media — and give them a chance to learn the real stuff, directly from our team.

No boring lectures.
No basic how-tos.
Just 3 full weeks of hands-on work, live projects, brainstorming sessions, real feedback, and lots (we mean lots) of campaign ideas.

The Energy? Next Level.

From day one, the vibe was amazing.
People showed up ready to learn, ready to work, and honestly — ready to grow.

They explored:

📱 How to actually build a strategy (not just post randomly)
🎯 Running ads that make sense and deliver results
🧠 Writing content that speaks to people
🎨 Designing visuals that grab attention
🤖 Using AI tools to work smarter, not harder
📊 And reading the numbers to figure out what’s working (and what’s not)

And Then… Something Cool Happened

As the days went by, we saw some participants doing more than just keeping up —
they were thinking like pros. Asking smart questions. Taking the lead. Bringing new ideas to the table.

So when the bootcamp wrapped up, we thought:
Why let this be the end?

That’s how four amazing bootcampers became part of the Growzillas team — officially!

They’re now working with us on real client campaigns, social calendars, content ideas, and all the good (and sometimes chaotic 😅) stuff that happens inside a digital agency.

Why We’re So Proud

This is exactly why we started Growzillas Academy —
to create space where people can learn, grow, and actually get a shot at doing what they love.

We didn’t just want to teach social media.
