Growzillas Academy Launch—Building Kosovo’s Future Digital Marketing Leaders

Just last week, Growzillas proudly launched its most ambitious initiative yet: Growzillas Academy. This innovative digital training hub was created to equip young people, beginners, and professionals across Kosovo with practical, hands-on skills in social media, digital design, and marketing fundamentals—right at a time when digital expertise is more essential than ever.

What truly makes Growzillas Academy unique is its unwavering focus on real-world application. From the very first day, our courses are led by industry veterans like Benjamin Kolenovic, CEO of Growzillas, and digital marketing specialist Enkela Maxhuni, who bring cutting-edge knowledge and extensive experience directly into the classroom. The programs are designed to be short, intensive, and tailored to the current market landscape, blending creative workshops with leadership sessions to cultivate both technical skills and vital soft skills.

To date, under the Growzillas umbrella, we have proudly trained over 600 students in diverse digital marketing disciplines. Building on this solid foundation, Growzillas Academy now offers flagship courses including Digital Marketing Essentials, Social Media Management, and Digital Design—with plans to expand rapidly to new, in-demand topics.

We are also deeply committed to accessibility and inclusion. Growzillas Academy is actively developing a scholarship program to support talented youth from marginalized and underrepresented communities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to access quality digital marketing education regardless of their background.

In addition, we have established valuable partnerships with leading companies and organizations in Kosovo. These collaborations enable us to provide a seamless pathway for our graduates by referring them for internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities, thus strengthening the bridge between education and the digital job market.
