Benjamin Kolenović is a DMI-certified marketing expert, entrepreneur, and founder of Growzillas — one of Kosovo’s fastest-growing digital agencies. With a background in computer science and experience across both local and international markets, Benjamin combines technical depth with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. 


At Growzillas Academy, Benjamin teaches from experience — not just theory. He shares practical strategies in digital advertising, team leadership, and business growth, helping students understand what it takes to succeed in a competitive industry. He’s also the founder of GrowthTank, Kosovo’s leading digital marketing conference, and has been recognized internationally, including Deloitte’s Impact Star Award (2022) and Forbes Europe’s “30 Under 30” in Media & Marketing (2023).
