This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of social media management, including organic strategy development, content creation, audience engagement, and Advertising Platform setup. Students will learn how to create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with their organization's goals, identify and engage with target audiences, and measure the success of their social media efforts.

COURSE CONTENT

  • Introducing the basics of Social Media Marketing. What is Social Media Marketing, how do Statistics help, Social Media Platforms and Basic intro to the funnel.

  • Learn about the importance of Target Personas, how to create them, and how to adapt content types for your personas and the Social Media platforms they are on.

  • Learn the tools you need to analyze your audience. Learn the basics of opening and setting up your business page on Social Media.

  • Learn and understand what is Content Calendar, what are the best practices for creating a content calendar and maintaining it.

  • Learn how to create a design for Social Media organic posts, using Canva to create and communicate the best content for your brands.

  • Learn and understand the best practices for creating engaging and high-quality copies for organic posts on social media.

  • Master the art of ideating and creating TikToks & Reels that speak to your brand’s values and connect with your audience.

  • Learn and understand how to navigate, Business Suite, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Buffer, and Later, when do you need to use these platforms, and how to use them at best practices.

  • Learn and understand how to create a business manager on Meta and campaign manager on Linkedin, as well as the fundamental principle of the Social Media Ads Funnel.

  • Learn and understand the basics of Ads Manager on Meta, understand the campaign structure and objectives.

  • Learn and understand the role of audience creation of saved and custom audiences on Ads manager. In this module you will also be able to launch your own campaign.

  • Learn and understand the organizing and processing performance metrics in order to optimize your social media performance.

  • Learn about Commerce Manager & Events Manager Setup, usage, and optimization.

  • Implement all of the funnel steps including both creative and strategic outputs.

  • Explore how platforms and artificial intelligence work together to boost creativity in content and increase efficiency in targeting.

  • Learn how to read, and more importantly, understand metrics in order to analyze and optimize performance.

  • An overview revision of all materials covered in the training.
