This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of social media management through online classes, including organic strategy development, content creation, audience engagement, and Advertising Platform setup. Students will learn how to create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with their organization's goals, identify and engage with target audiences, and measure the success of their social media efforts.

  • Learn to conduct Market Research, create Target Personas, and explore various Content Types for effective marketing strategies.

  • Learn about setting up social media pages and creating a content calendar for consistent and strategic posting.

  • Learn and understand the best practices for creating engaging and high-quality copies for organic posts on social media.

  • Learn how to create a design for Social Media organic posts, using Canva to create and communicate the best content for your brands.

  • Master the art of ideating and creating TikToks & Reels that speak to your brand’s values and connect with your audience.

  • Learn how to use publishing tools for scheduling and managing posts, and get an introduction to Business Manager (BM) for efficient social media management.

  • Learn how to build an Ads Funnel and set clear Campaign Objectives to guide your social media advertising strategy and achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Learn how to set up Ad Sets by defining target audiences and selecting placements to optimize your ad performance across platforms.

  • Learn how to launch targeted ads by defining and reaching specific audiences to drive engagement and achieve campaign goals.

  • Learn how to launch ads targeting Custom Audiences by using unique data to reach specific, relevant groups for better campaign results.

  • Learn how to use Event Manager and Commerce Manager to track key actions on your website or app, manage your online store, monitor sales, and optimize your ad campaigns and e-commerce strategies across social media platforms, enhancing audience targeting and overall campaign performance.
